Not happy with your product? Or is it broken? That's very unfortunate and of course, we will solve that together with you!

Warranty

Rimbastore.com provides a warranty for all products in its range for a period of 1 year. Does the product break after 12 months or longer? Then you must prove that this is not your fault and that it is due to the product. If an item you ordered shows defects, we ask you to report this to us via email. We will then inform you how to return the defective item to us. We will take care of the repair, or you will receive a new item, or we will refund your purchase amount.

Exchanges or returns

Not completely satisfied with your purchase or would you prefer not to have the item? No problem. At Rimbastore.com you can exchange or return an item within 30 days.

Intimate products, such as sex toys and underwear, whose packaging has been opened and/or the seal has been broken, cannot be exchanged for understandable hygienic reasons. And please note, the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless it is determined that we have delivered you a defective item, in which case the costs will be borne by Epicurius.

Damaged or incomplete delivery

Does your product not do what it should do upon delivery?

Then we recommend that you take a good look at the manual again. Perhaps you can solve the problem yourself so that you can start using your product right away and do not have to return it. We notice that especially the correct use of a charging cable often helps to resolve a potential issue.

Does your product still not work after this?

We find that really very annoying. We will try to solve it together with you. Please send us an email describing the problem and we will discuss the best solution with you.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Epicurius, Korenmolen 106, 3481AX Harmelen, phone +31(0)850041427 via an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post or email info@epicurius.nl) of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You can use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
