Shipping & Delivery
Once you've made your choice you naturally want your toys delivered as quickly as possible. We get it! For almost our entire range the rule is: order today, delivered tomorrow! But you can also choose when you'd like to receive your order. Handy!
We’re happy to keep you informed about the status of your order. How do we do that? Like this:
- As soon as we have received your order you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.
- As soon as the order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In that same email we also provide the track & trace number for your order.

Would you prefer your order to be delivered to a PostNL pickup point? That’s possible for orders in the Netherlands and Belgium. Choose Collect at PostNL point during checkout and after you complete the order you will get the option to select where you want to pick up the shipment (only available for the Netherlands and Belgium)
Track & trace
After the parcel has left our warehouse you can follow your order on the carrier's website via the track & trace link. For smaller items sent as mailbox parcels there is no track & trace in the shipping confirmation. These shipments cannot be tracked.
Delivery time
Most products are in stock and are delivered the next day. In your order we indicate when you can expect the delivery. It will be packaged neutrally and discreetly and sent via PostNL, DHL or Redjepakketje. If you are not home, you can collect the parcel from the nearest pickup point. Your parcel will remain there for about three weeks before being returned to us.
Shipping costs
We do our utmost to keep costs as low as possible. For orders within the Netherlands up to € 50,00 shipping costs are € 6,95. For orders over € 50,00 we are happy to cover the shipping costs.
