We are only too happy to keep you informed of the status of your order. How we do it Well, like this::
- As soon as we have received your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
- As soon as the order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. In the same email we will also give you the track & trace number of your order.

Would you rather have your order delivered to a PostNL point? This is possible for orders in the Netherlands and Belgium. Choose Pick up at a PostNL point in the ordering process and after you have completed the order you will be given the option where you want to pick up the shipment (only possible for the Netherlands and Belgium))
track & trace
After the package has left our warehouse, you can track your order on the website of the delivery service via the track & trace link. For smaller products that are sent as a letterbox package, you will not find a track & trace in the shipping confirmation. You cannot track these shipments.
Delivery time
We have most products in stock and are delivered the next day. With your order we will indicate when you can expect the order. This will be packaged neutrally and discreetly and sent via PostNL, DHL or Redjepakketje. If you are not at home, you can pick up the package at the nearest collection point. Your package will stay here for about three weeks before it is sent back to us.
Postage costs
We do our utmost to keep costs as low as possible. For orders in the Netherlands up to 50.00, shipping costs 6.95. For orders above 50.00 we will gladly take care of the shipping costs.ng.
